What if I have a payment failure/cancellation or return on my first online order? Will I still be eligible for this promotion on subsequent orders?
No. If you cancel the order upon which you received this promotion, you will no longer be eligible. If the total value of all your order is below ₹499, then this FREE delivery promotion will be cancelled, and applicable shipping cost will be charged to you while delivering the order.

Standard Delivery Schedule

In case the customer cancels their order based on which this promotion was applied, they will no longer be eligible for this offer. If the value of all konceptglobale.com items placed during the offer window is above ₹499, no action is taken. If below ₹499, this offer is cancelled. The customer will have to pay additional delivery fees (whatever shipping charges are applicable) when the delivery of the product is attempted.

Longer Delayed Deliveries During COVID

DELIVERY POLICY
We will deliver the Products either by logistics company or if you are purchasing from online retail platforms like amazon, flipcart, reliance retail etc. then the product will be posted to your delivery address by the online company delivery partners.
You agree to comply with certain delivery requirements specified below and such other requirements that we notify to you when you place your order through the koncpetglobale.com.
If there is no one or no appropriate person at the delivery address to receive the order or, if you are required to be present at the time of delivery and you are not present at that time, in this instance we will endeavor to contact you or you may contact us to arrange for delivery at a different time.
You acknowledge and agree that any person at the Delivery Address who receives the Products is authorized by you to receive your order.
You acknowledge that we may record the details of any identification provided in relation to delivery of Products.
Photographic identification and a signature must be provided when you collect your order; and

Delivery Reattempt
Items ordered on konceptglobale.com would be delivered only in the first attempt by respective logistics partner. However if the items are returned without delivering, we will notify by sms/email on contacts provided by buyer on checkout page while making a purchase and accordingly reattempt to deliver on second time in case you miss your slot.
If the customer/buyer fails to receive order in 2nd delivery attempt, then order may return to local dispatch hub. In that case either customer will have to contact and collect shipment from local dispatch hub of partner logistics company else the order will be returned to Koncept Glocale Sourcing Private Limited.
Missing items in Delivery
If there are items missing from your delivery or collection, then you should check the receipt that we provided to you to determine if the missing Product is marked as out of stock. If so, then we will provide you with a refund to your on-line account for the Products that were not supplied.
